The Atlantic Seaboard which is home a beautiful stretch of coastline, known as Cape Town’s ‘Riviera’, stretches from the V&A Waterfront on the north shore of Table Mountain all the way down the west side of the cape peninsula to Hout Bay.

The Atlantic Seaboard includes many of the popular residential areas of; Green Point, Sea Point, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Bakoven, Llandudno and Hout Bay. Llandudno

Famous for its beautiful beach, with pure white sands, crisp blue waters and giant boulders is arguably one of the most photogenic in Cape Town. It is popular with locals and visitors for surfing, beach sports, sunbathing and picnics. It is an exclusive, expensive, residential area. Whilst it doesn’t have any shops or restaurants of its own, it is within easy reach of Hout Bay/Constantia and Camps Bay/CBD.

Green Point

Green Point has recently become one of the trendiest residential areas in Cape Town. Green Point lies between the V&A Waterfront and Signal Hill and is literally minutes away from the CBD and all it has to offer. The area is lively and has a number of popular restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as being in close proximity to the popular Cape Quarter shopping centre. Whilst is the perfect location for visiting the CBD with its shops, restaurants, museums and galleries, it is still within easy reach of Camps Bay, Clifton, Llandudno and Hout Bay.
