The open plan kitchen diner, with it’s marble centre island, is well equipped with good quality accessories including Nespresso and Smeg coffee machines, gas hob and electric oven.  The scullery accommodates the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property offers 2 separate living rooms.  The TV snug, with its over sized couch and 55 inch smart TV,  has mountain views to the rear of the property.  The formal lounge forms part of the open plan kitchen dining area, along with a built in log burner stove, for those cooler days or evenings.  The house is built around a lush, sheltered courtyard, complete with a large outside dining table and umbrella.  The living space leads onto the inviting private terrace with views over the swimming pool from which spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed
